Your devoted personal trainer and wellness coach. Leveraging my collegiate soccer background and experience in NPC bikini competitions, I'm fueled by a passion for holistic well-being. As a staunch advocate for the outdoors, quality sleep, and robust strength training, I bring over 10 years of expertise, with six of those spent as a worksite wellness coordinator, specializing in personal training and health management programs.
My mission is straightforward: to guide you with evidence-based coaching in nutrition, strength, and sleep. This aligns seamlessly with our overarching goal of empowering you on a transformative wellness journey. Committed to continuous learning, I'm here to assist you in unlocking your full potential. Packs
Life can be hectic, and sometimes a consistent schedule just isn’t feasible. That’s where our Flex Packs come in. With the option to purchase 8 or 16 sessions, you can schedule your workouts as your schedule allows – no pressure, no rigid commitments.
While this option offers flexibility, keep in mind that it may not provide the same level of consistency and accountability as our Monthly Commitment Plans. However, if you need more freedom to fit fitness into your busy life, Flex Packs are the perfect choice to keep you on track and moving towards your goals at your own pace.
