Hey!

Do you have fitness goals that you are ready to achieve? I am offering highly custom personal training and wellness coaching at the Meridian Ranch Recreation Center to help you reach them. Together, we will create your custom roadmap to your goals, by taking your lifestyle, needs, and fitness history into consideration. Then, over the course of our time working together, you will be educated you through your own training programming, custom nourishment protocols and lifestyle support so you can build realistic, sustainable, and evidence-based practices.

At Strength to Flourish, I always start with your needs and goals. Then we work together to develop a plan to help you move, nourish, and live better—in a way that works for your body, and your life. We then take that plan and break it up into small daily practices that add up to massive changes.  As a result, you will progress towards your health and physique goals without feeling overwhelmed, and build habits that will provide you with the tools and confidence to continue excelling long-term.

Your custom training program is though planned so that everything has a purpose (warm up, corrective exercises,  accessory work), so your not wasting your precious time.

COACH KILEY

About

I am a personal trainer, wellness coach and a women's fitness specialist.

 

I'm an introverted enneagram 9 and my little family's chief operating officer. 

I am a former collegiate soccer player, retired NPC bikini competitor, outdoor enthusiast, and lover of sleep and strength training. 

I spent 6 years working as a worksite wellness coordinator at a medical facility. There I facilitated personal training, group fitness, health management programs for the staff, assisted with the cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, and cancerfit programs, and the go to fitness expert for community outreach.

 

I am passionate about providing  evidence-based coaching for nutrition, strength training, and sleep, so that my clients can flourish as their most powerful and healthy selves. 

In order to make sure I am doing this to the best of my ability, I have made it my mission to continue expanding my knowledge and furthering my education.

 

My Current Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, & Recreation.

  • Certified Personal Trainer - NASM

  • Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach - PN1

  • Certified Sleep, Stress Management, & Recovery Coach - PN1

  • Women's Fitness Specialist - NASM

  • Youth Fitness Specialist - NASM

  • Pre & Postnatal Coaching Specialist
