Easy-to-use online platform

You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start your coaching journey.

Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life

We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.

Simple practices and daily accountability

Every day, you’ll work on nutrition or lifestyle practices. Each practice will be customized to help you get the results you are looking for.

Personal coaching and detailed progress check in

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. 

Training & Nutrition

With this 1-on-1 coaching option, as your coach, I oversee all aspects of your training and nutrition. Your customized program will be your roadmap to get you from where you are today to where you want to go (your goals). Your time restrictions, the equipment and tools you have available, your preferences will all be taken in to consideration when we work together to create a plan. 

 

Through both the nutrition and training programming, emphasis will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your nutrition, fitness and overall well-being. 

  • Personalized habit-based nutrition approach

  • Customized training program delivered through a fitness app that changes monthly

  • Unlimited in-app messaging support

  • Private bi-weekly check-ins with your coach via video

  • Coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench.

Training & Nutrition

With this 1-on-1 coaching option, as your coach, I oversees all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will receive a detailed training plan on our fitness app complete with dynamic warm-ups, a sample weekly schedule, and exercise video demos. Your customized program will be designed as a roadmap to get you from where you are today to where you want to go (your goals). Your time restrictions, the equipment and tools you have available, your preference will all be taken in to consideration when we work together to create a plan. 

 

Through both the nutrition and training programming, emphasis will be  Coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench. Experience with tracking calories and macronutrients isnot required. Emphasis will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition, and calories/macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.

  • Personalized and tailored coaching approach

  • Customized training program that changes monthly
