A 24-hour cancelation notice is required to reschedule a one-on-one appointment. All other cancellations will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
For tardiness 10-minutes and under, the session will be allowed to finish using the remaining time. Later than 10-minutes, will be considered a “no show”
