5-6 day strength training schedule delivered weekly.  All workouts will include a workout walkthrough demo of each day.

  • Is this a customized training program?
    No, this is not a custom program. If you would like a custom program, you can here to get started.
  • What equipment do I need?
    I suggest a well-eqiupped home gym or a commercial gym. We will be using a variety of dumbbells, barbell(s), plates, bench, continous loop resistance bands, mini bands/glute loop, and a pull-up bar.
  • When are the new workouts released?
    Workouts are released every Sunday on the training app.
  • Is there a nutrition component to this program?
    We do offer a monthly recipe pack and nutirition tips to help you in your journey, but you will not recieve a meal plan, guided nutrition plan, or custom macros with your membership. We do offer an add-on service for monthly macro coaching once you are a Strength By Kiley member that you are welcome to purchse.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Yes! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for 30 days. If, for any reason, you don't like Strength By Kiley, you can get a full refund anytime within 30 days after your first purchase. If you have any issues, just get in touch with me and I will either you out to the best of my ability or give you a swift refund.
  • When/How will I access my program?
    Upon purchase, you should immediately recieve an invitation to download the training app. Once you have downloaded and signed in to the app, you will have access to the current training program. New weekly workouts will be delivered in the App every Sunday.
  • I need to pause my membership for a month, can I? Can I cancel at anytime. "
    At this time, memberships can not be paused. If you need to cancel and rejoin at a later time, you are welcome to do so. Please remember that rejoining will be at the current monthly membership fee. All fees are locked in as long as you remain a member.
  • What is the workout split
    Monday - Lower Body Tuesday - Upper Body Wednesday -Lower Body Thursday - Upper Body Friday - Lower Body Saturday - Optional Full Body
  • How many days of workouts are included in the program?
    Each week will include 4 main workouts and 2 optional workouts.
  • I need to cancel my subscription, what do I do? "
    If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, send me an email at kiley@strengthtoflourish.com.
